We offer free Discovery Calls. The New Patient Consultation is $250 and this is where we discuss patient medical history, current symptoms/concerns and goals.

Yes, we provide hormone-health services including BHRT (bioidentical hormone replacement therapy), hormone balancing for women and men, and support for thyroid, adrenal, and metabolic hormone systems.
Is hormone therapy safe, and how quickly will I feel results?
When overseen by experienced providers and guided by labs + monitoring, hormone therapy is safe. Many patients begin noticing improvements in energy, mood, or sleep within 3-4 weeks, with fuller changes over 8-12 weeks. Individual results vary.
Do you do lab testing and what does that involve?
Yes — we order comprehensive labs that often go beyond the “standard panel.” This may include sex hormones, thyroid panels (Free T3/T4 + antibodies), insulin/glucose markers, nutrient status, stress hormones, and more. Based on your results, we build customized plans.
What kinds of programs do you provide?
